It’s certainly been awhile since I’ve been on here. And if you follow along with me on my Instagram account you’ll know that back in February the Lord led me away from from blogging. I always meant to address it here but I just couldn’t muster up the energy for a long time.
We’re almost a week into the new year and I finally have had some time to sit and think about some of my new year resolutions and goals! Writing things down definitely helps to keep me accountable. Plus I figured sharing them with you all would help with accountability as well! Also don’t miss the amazing giveaway at the bottom of this post!

Did you know March is National Nutrition Month? I hadn’t heard of it until this year but apparently it’s been going on since 1973! While this isn’t a food blog I do care a lot about what I eat! My diet includes lots of fruits, veggies, healthy fats and protein and has minimal dairy and grains! I try to make as many meals and snacks at home as I can but some things just have to be from a package and when it is I try to make sure it has as few ingredients as possible! Continue reading
Well, I did it.
I finally made a blog after years of imagining it and never being able to find the right resources (until now), it has actually happened! My hope is for this to be a place where I can share bits of my life but mostly how I try to make my house pretty, crafts I’m brave enough to make, recipes I’m courageous enough to try (and my husband to taste), my little pup, and maybe some clothing/fashion interests. We shall see where this little blog seed goes and I pray it grows into a fruitful tree!
